   we are STUMPED!! We’re streaming to OBS on a Mac through an HD60s. We’ve tried both Streamlabs and Studio. We’ve downloaded the elgato program as well as OBS link. Elgato HD60S not showing up in list of devices in OBS/Streamlabs OBS? Alright, so this is a bit of a doozie. After several days of cursing the sky, I decide to go back today and try again. I re-downloaded the Elgato GCHD software, and BOOM. There it is (note, I went on an uninstalling spree early on to try and figure. Audio drops from Elgato HD60s / Mac. Hi guys, I have random audio drops during stream. Audio drops are only on game sound from elgato card, not affecting my commentary from mic connected separately. No frame drops, olny aydio. My i7 processor works on 40%. Recently i have moved to StreamLabs and have same problem so must be something with card.

Alex The Elgato devices have had issues with Wirecast so we don't officially support it. We haven't tested the 60S yet but the HD 60 and a few others we've looked at have had a variety of issues. Non of the Elgato devices work well with Wirecast on macOS. If you can tell me a bit about the source perhaps I can suggest an alternative. ELGATO Released a juicy patch for us STREAMERS!
